Amy Winehouse sagte am Freitagabend in letzter Sekunde ihren Auftritt ab, die Zuschauer in Paris waren nicht gerade erfreut, da sie der Special Akt war des Festivals. Ihr Sprecher Chris Goodman teilte dem Magazin People mit:
“Es ist nichts Ernstes. Es ist eine normale Erkrankung – sie ist nicht im Krankenhaus oder ähnliches. Sie ist lediglich zu Hause im Bett und nicht in der Lage zu singen.”
Ob sie beim nächsten Festival dabei sein wird ist natürlich noch offen, und es ist sicher keine normale Krankheit, sondern sie ist langsam am Ende ihrer Kräfte.
