Die US-Schauspielerin Rue McClanahan, die sicherlich dem einen oder anderen aus der Fernsehserie “Golden Girls” bekannt sein dürfte, ist im Alter von 76 Jahren gestorben. Laut dem US Magazin People, erlag McClanahan einem Herzinfarkt. Ihre größten Erfolge feierte die Schauspielerin in ihrer Rolle als mannstolle Blanche Devereaux bei der Serie “Golden Girls”. Nach dem Tod von Beatrice Arthur und Estelle Getty ist die fast 90-jährige Betty White nun das einzigst verbliebene Golden Girl. Die zwischen 1985 und 1992 gedrehte Serie lief auch im deutschen Fernsehen mit sehr großem Erfolg. Ich hab es früher gerne geschaut!
