Auf seiner Homepage hatte Robbie Williams schon im Januar gesagt: “Dieses Jahr gibt es definitiv kein neues Album von mir und eine Tour erstrecht nicht”. Sein Manager, Tim Clark, bezeichnete das neue Management der EMI als “Plantagenbesitzer”, damit spielte er darauf an das die EMI seine Musiker wie Sklaven behandelt. Aber sein Problem ist nunmal, dass er noch 2 Alben zu machen hat laut Vertrag, welcher immer hin auf satte 80 Millionen Euro dotiert ist. Deshalb plane er momentan an einem neuen Album, das Anfang 2009 erscheinen soll.
Auch Promis müssen ihre Verträge erfüllen! 😉
