Die einstige Eighties Pop-Ikone Boy George hat wohl ein blaues Auge verpasst bekommen, passiert ist das Malör während eines kleinen Eklats mit einer ortsansässigen Club-Bitch.
Boy George der mittlerweile 50-jährige ehemalige Culture Club-Frontmann mit bürgerlichem Namen George O’Dowd – welcher heute ein recht erfolgreicher DJ ist- wurde verletzt, als er den Amadeus Nachtclub in Northallerton, North Yorkshire am Samstagabend verlassen wollte. Ein Sprecher von Boy George ließ verlauten: ‘George verließ den Club, weil eine betrunkene und aggressive Frau seinen Hut haben wollte – und dabei traf sie ihn am Auge. ”
Ob ich das seinem Sprecher glauben soll, das überleg ich mir noch… Boy selber veröffentlicht das Foto auf Twitter und fügte hinzu: “Sieht das nicht nett aus? Am Samstagabend angegriffen worden! Schöner Mist! “
